Why we built Momentumpro

Most growing companies in Israel and the Middle East end up with the same patchwork: an HR tool that doesn't speak Hebrew properly, a procurement spreadsheet that someone forgot to update, a hiring tool that costs more than the team it manages, and a dozen WhatsApp groups holding everything together.

We've been on both sides of this. As founders running operations, we wasted hours every week reconciling spreadsheets. As consultants helping other companies, we kept seeing the same gaps — between HR and finance, between procurement and approvals, between what the manual says and what people actually do.

Momentumpro is what we built to solve that. One platform, one source of truth, one place for the whole back office. Built for how Israeli and Middle Eastern companies actually work — Hebrew, Arabic and English from day one, RTL layout that doesn't break, Israeli tax brackets, government tender formats, the holiday calendar that matters.

What we believe

• Software should respect your time. Setup in hours, not months. Honest pricing. No "talk to sales" walls in front of every feature.
• Compliance isn't optional. Activity logs, audit trails, GDPR data export, approval chains — these aren't enterprise add-ons in our world. They're built into every plan.
• Local matters. A platform that works in Tel Aviv shouldn't pretend it's based in San Francisco. Israeli tax rules, Hebrew calendar, RTL Arabic — these are first-class citizens, not afterthoughts.
• Data stays yours. Per-tenant isolated database. One-click data export. Real delete when you ask for it. We don't train models on customer data, we don't sell metadata, we don't lock you in.

Who we are

Founded in 2024 by a team of former tech operators turned founders. Headquartered in Jerusalem, with team members in Tel Aviv, Ramallah and Bethlehem. We hire across the region — software is a way to bring talent and economic opportunity together regardless of which side of the wall someone lives on.

Where we're going

We're focused on the core platform first — making sure HR, procurement, finance and tenders are best-in-class. Next on the roadmap: a mobile app for frontline employees, deeper accounting integrations with local Israeli ERP systems, and Israeli data-residency for regulated customers.
