This Cookie Policy explains how T&C Technologies LTD uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Momentumpro marketing website (momentumpro.pro) and the platform itself. Read this together with our Privacy policy.
The short version: we use a small number of essential cookies to make the site and platform work, plus optional analytics cookies (Microsoft Clarity) that load only if you accept them in the cookie banner. We don't use advertising cookies and we don't sell or share cookie data.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device. Cookies are widely used to make websites work efficiently and provide reporting information. We also use similar technologies like localStorage and sessionStorage, which are governed by this same policy.
2. Cookies we use
Essential cookies (no consent required)
These cookies are strictly necessary for the website and platform to function. You cannot opt out of these without breaking the Service.

Analytics cookies (with your consent)
If you click Accept analytics in the cookie banner, we load Microsoft Clarity — a product-analytics tool that helps us understand how visitors use the marketing site (pages viewed, clicks, and anonymised session replays) so we can improve it. Clarity does not load at all unless you opt in, it masks input fields by default, you can decline with no loss of functionality, and we never use it inside the logged-in application. What we don't use
We deliberately don't use:
- Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other third-party advertising or tracking pixels;
- Cross-site behavioral tracking;
- Profiling cookies;
- Cookies that share data with advertisers or data brokers.
3. Third-party cookies
The marketing website may load assets from the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy:
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) — serves the Inter typeface. Google may receive a request log including IP address. Google privacy policy.
- Cloudflare (cdnjs.cloudflare.com) — delivers Tailwind CSS and Alpine.js. Cloudflare may receive request logs. Cloudflare privacy policy.
- Lemon Squeezy (during checkout) — processes payments. Lemon Squeezy privacy policy.
- Microsoft Clarity (clarity.ms, only after you accept analytics) — product analytics & session replay. Microsoft privacy statement.
None of these services receive personally identifying user data from us beyond what's necessary to deliver the requested resource (CSS, font, JavaScript) or transaction (payment).
4. Managing cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings:
Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from logging in or using core Service functionality.
5. Do Not Track
We honor the DNT: 1 header where it would otherwise apply. We don't run advertising tracking at all, and analytics (Microsoft Clarity) load only if you explicitly accept them in the cookie banner — declining, or never choosing, means no analytics cookies are set.
6. Changes to this policy
If we add new cookies or change how existing ones work, we'll update this page and re-show the cookie banner so you can review the changes.
