REST API
Personal access tokens with scoped abilities. 10k requests/day on Professional, 100k+ on Enterprise. Endpoints documented in the admin panel.
Outgoing webhooks
Signed payloads (HMAC-SHA256) sent on subscribed events. Automatic retries with exponential backoff. Up to 5 endpoints on Professional, unlimited on Enterprise.
CSV imports
Every plan: bulk import for employees, vendors, customers, holidays, items. Smart column mapping with a dry-run preview before commit.
CSV / Excel exports
Any table can be exported with current filters applied. Pro and Enterprise also get scheduled report deliveries.
PDF report engine
Branded PDFs for headcount, payroll register, leave balance, vendor spend, PO aging, tender award letters. Custom report templates on Enterprise.
