Soft limit. We notify you when you cross the cap, and the extra employees prorate onto your next invoice at the overage rate. You can keep going for up to 30 days, then pick a higher plan or pay the overage. We never block you from adding the new hire.
Pay upfront for 12 months and get 15% off compared to monthly billing. You can cancel mid-cycle and we refund the unused months pro-rata.
No. Self-serve onboarding on Starter and Pro. Enterprise includes a 4-hour onboarding call. Migration help from legacy systems is quoted separately.
