Refund policy

We want every Customer to feel confident subscribing to Momentumpro. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund. It supplements our Terms of service.
1. Free trial
Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with no payment required up front. You can cancel during the trial without being charged. If we charged you in error during a trial, contact billing@momentumpro.pro within 7 days and we'll issue a full refund.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance for the upcoming month. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month: if you're not satisfied, email us within 14 days of the first charge and we'll refund 100% of that month's fee, no questions asked.
After the first month, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the current paid month.
3. Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for 12 months at a 15% discount. You can cancel anytime, and we'll refund the unused portion of your subscription pro rata, calculated as follows:
Refund = (annual fee paid) × (months remaining ÷ 12) × 0.85
The 0.85 factor reflects the loss of the annual discount on the months you used. For example: if you paid $4,068 for a Professional yearly plan and cancel after 4 months, your refund would be approximately $4,068 × (8 ÷ 12) × 0.85 = $2,305.
If you cancel within the first 30 days of an annual subscription, we offer a full refund (no proration penalty) as a goodwill gesture.
4. Add-ons & overages
Storage packs, additional employee seats, and other add-ons are billed monthly alongside your subscription. They are non-refundable for past months but can be removed at any time and will not be charged for future months.
5. Implementation, training & custom development
One-time fees for implementation, onboarding, training, custom development, and integrations are non-refundable once work has commenced. Specific payment milestones and any refund terms for partially-completed work are defined in the relevant order form or statement of work.
6. Enterprise contracts
Enterprise customers are subject to the refund and termination terms specified in their signed master service agreement, which override this general policy where the two differ.
7. Account termination by us
If we suspend or terminate your account due to a material breach of our Terms of service (including non-payment, abuse, or violation of the acceptable-use policy), no refund will be issued for the remaining unused portion. We will give you reasonable notice except in cases of serious breach (e.g. illegal activity, security threats).
8. How to request a refund
Email billing@momentumpro.pro from the email address associated with your account. Include:
- Your tenant slug or company name;
- The invoice number or charge date;
- The reason for the refund request.
We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method (typically via Lemon Squeezy) and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
9. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — chargebacks (filed with your bank or card issuer without contacting us) take longer to resolve and may result in suspension of your account during the dispute. We commit to working in good faith to resolve any legitimate billing issue without escalation.
10. Currency & taxes
Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original charge (USD). Taxes (VAT, sales tax) included on your original invoice are refunded along with the principal amount. Currency-conversion losses imposed by your bank or card issuer are not reimbursable.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes are communicated via email and in-app notice 30 days in advance.
