How it works

Staff clock in from the Employee Portal on web or from the mobile app. The system records the timestamp, optional location, and the device. Late arrivals and early departures are flagged automatically against the shift schedule. Managers see a daily exception list and can approve or correct in one click.

Healthcare rosters, school timetables, security patrol shifts and on-call rotations are all supported. Different roles can have different schedules, different locations can have different holiday calendars, and exceptions roll up to one approval inbox per manager.
