Brand assets

The brand-asset library is a shared home for the files your team reaches for again and again — logos, templates, brand guidelines, photos and video.

Add an asset

1. Communications → Brand assets → New brand asset.
2. Choose a category (logo, photo, template, brand guide, video, other).
3. Upload the file.
4. Toggle active so it shows in the library, and set a sort order if you want to control the ordering.

Using assets

Anyone with communications access can browse the library and download what they need, so the right logo and the current template are always one click away — no more hunting through shared drives or chasing the designer.
