Payslips
Each employee gets a payslip per period, showing gross, deductions, tax and net. The payslip is a PDF stored permanently in their record.
What's on a payslip
A typical payslip:

The PDF includes your branding (logo, address) and a unique reference number.
Where employees see their payslip
Employee Portal → My Payslips:
- List of all payslips, newest first.
- Click any to open the PDF.
- Download for tax filing.
The portal works on mobile — most staff just use their phones.
Year-to-date totals
Each payslip shows YTD:
- Gross earnings to date
- Tax paid to date
- Pension contributions to date
Useful for tax planning.
Form 161 / Form 106 (Israel)
For end-of-tax-year forms:
- Payroll → Annual Forms.
- Pick the tax year.
- Generate Forms 106 — one PDF per employee, available to them in the portal.
Re-issue
If a payslip needs correcting:
- Open the period (must still be open).
- Make the adjustment.
- Re-publish — the new version replaces the old one in the employee's portal.
If the period is locked:
- Create an adjustment in the next period's calculation.
- The note explains the prior-period correction.
