Install the app
The Momentumpro mobile app is available for iOS and Android. It mirrors the Employee Portal — clock in, request leave, approve on the go, view payslips.
Download
- iOS — search "Momentumpro" on the App Store, or direct link.
- Android — search "Momentumpro" on Google Play, or direct link.
First launch
When you first open the app:
- Enter your tenant subdomain — the part before
.momentumpro.pro. E.g. foracme.momentumpro.pro, enteracme. - Sign in with your usual credentials, or tap Sign in with SSO if your organization uses it.
- Approve push notifications (recommended — needed for approval reminders).
- Approve location access (only required if your organization uses geo-fenced clock-in).
Multiple tenants
If you work across multiple Momentumpro tenants:
- Tap your profile picture → Add another tenant.
- Enter the second subdomain and sign in.
- Switch between tenants from the profile menu.
Logging out
Profile → Sign out. The app keeps your tenant subdomain so re-signing in is one tap.
Updates
The app auto-updates from the App Store / Play Store. We push updates monthly with new features and fixes.
Offline mode
The app works without a connection for:
- Clocking in / out — punches queue locally, sync when online.
- Viewing recent payslips — last 3 months are cached.
- Reading the handbook — synced for offline reading.
Approval and submission actions require a connection.
Privacy
The app collects only what's needed:
- Your sign-in credentials (stored in OS keychain, never sent to us).
- Location (only if you use geo-fenced clock-in).
- Push notification token.
No analytics, no advertising, no third-party trackers.
