Indicators & logframe

Indicators are how you measure results. Momentumpro uses a proper logframe (logical framework), so you can structure indicators from high-level impact right down to individual activities.

The logframe levels

Every indicator sits at a level: Impact → Goal → Outcome → Output → Activity. You can link an indicator to a parent, building the results chain funders expect.

Add an indicator

  1. Open a programme and go to its Indicators.
  2. Click New indicator.
  3. Enter a name and choose a level.
  4. Set the unit, baseline and target.
  5. Add the means of verification and any assumptions.

Logging progress

Use the Log progress action on an indicator to record a reading:

  • Enter the value.
  • Choose a dimension — total, gender, age or location — and a segment (e.g. Female, 18–24, Haifa). This is your disaggregation.
  • Add a period label (e.g. Q2 2026) and a note.

A total reading updates the indicator's headline current value, and each indicator shows its progress toward target as a percentage. You can also set period targets so you can track pace, not just the final goal.
