Saved views
Saved views capture a specific filter combination on any table in the platform — so you can re-open the exact same set of records with one click.
Saving a view
Most tables (Employees, Approvals, Invoices, etc.) have a Filter button. Once you've configured filters:
- Click Save view in the top-right.
- Give it a name — e.g. "Open invoices over $5k, EMEA region".
- Choose Personal or Shared.
- Save.
The saved view appears as a quick link above the table.
Common saved views
People typically save:
- My department's open approvals.
- Overdue invoices.
- Equipment due for return this month.
- Probation reviews due next 30 days.
- Vendors I haven't reviewed in 6 months.
Once saved, you go from "open table → set 5 filters" to "click saved view → done".
Sharing
Saved views can be Shared so your whole team uses the same definitions. The owner can update the filters; everyone sees the new version.
For organization-wide standards, an admin can create Standard views that appear pinned at the top for everyone.
Editing
Click any saved view → Edit. Change filters → Save.
Deleting
Hover the saved view tab → click the X. The view is removed; the underlying data is unchanged.
Default landing view
You can pin one saved view as your default — opening the table goes straight there.
