Coverage log
The coverage log is your record of every time your organisation appears in the media — the evidence base for the impact of your comms.
Log a piece of coverage
- Communications → Coverage log → New coverage.
- Enter the headline and the outlet (e.g. Haaretz, a local radio station).
- Choose the type — article, TV, radio, online, social, print.
- Set the sentiment — positive, neutral or negative.
- Record the publish date, the estimated reach (audience size) and the URL.
- Optionally link it to a contact and a campaign.
Getting value from it
Because coverage links to campaigns, the campaign report and dashboard can show how much press a push generated and the overall sentiment. Over time the log becomes a clip book you can show funders and leadership.
