Activities & attendance

Activities are the things you actually deliver — training sessions, workshops, distributions, events. Each one records who took part.

Create an activity

  1. Programs & M&E → Activities → New activity.
  2. Choose the programme it belongs to.
  3. Enter a title and choose a type (workshop, training, session, distribution, event, other).
  4. Set the status (planned, done, cancelled), the date and the location.
  5. Record the number of planned participants.

Recording attendance

Open an activity and use the Attendance section:

  1. Click Attach and pick a beneficiary who took part.
  2. Mark them attended.

Attendance links each activity to the beneficiaries who were there, which feeds both the beneficiary's own history and your indicator counts.
