Activities & attendance
Activities are the things you actually deliver — training sessions, workshops, distributions, events. Each one records who took part.
Create an activity
- Programs & M&E → Activities → New activity.
- Choose the programme it belongs to.
- Enter a title and choose a type (workshop, training, session, distribution, event, other).
- Set the status (planned, done, cancelled), the date and the location.
- Record the number of planned participants.
Recording attendance
Open an activity and use the Attendance section:
- Click Attach and pick a beneficiary who took part.
- Mark them attended.
Attendance links each activity to the beneficiaries who were there, which feeds both the beneficiary's own history and your indicator counts.
