Scheduled reports
Get the reports you check daily, weekly or monthly emailed to you (and your team) automatically.
Setting up a scheduled report
- Open the report or saved view you want.
- Click Schedule report.
- Configure:
- Frequency — Daily, Weekly (pick day), Monthly (pick day).
- Time — 8am, 9am, etc.
- Recipients — yourself + others.
- Format — PDF (formatted) or CSV (data only).
- Subject line.
- Save.
The system runs the report at the scheduled time and emails it to recipients.
What gets sent
For PDF format:
- Cover page with title, date range, who scheduled it.
- The data formatted as it appears on screen.
- Charts rendered as images.
- Footer with "Generated by Momentumpro on [datetime]".
For CSV:
- Just the raw data, with current filters applied.
- No formatting.
- Best for feeding into other systems.

Managing schedules
Reports → Scheduled Reports lists everything scheduled. From here:
- Pause — stop a schedule without deleting (useful for vacations).
- Edit — change frequency, recipients.
- Run now — manually trigger.
- Delete.
Cost
There's no extra cost for scheduled reports — they use the same compute as the on-screen reports.
Privacy considerations
Scheduled reports honour the viewer's permissions, not the scheduler's. So if you schedule a report to send to someone who doesn't have access to a certain department, they'll see only the rows they're allowed to.
