Events & RSVPs
Events cover the things you host — workshops, launches, conferences, community events, fundraisers and webinars — with a guest list you can track.
Create an event
- Communications → Events → New event.
- Enter a title, type and status (planning, confirmed, done, cancelled).
- Set start and end times.
- Add a venue (or toggle online event) and an optional capacity.
- Optionally link the event to a campaign.
Managing RSVPs
Open an event and use RSVPs / attendees to build the guest list:
- Click New event RSVP.
- Enter the guest's name, email, phone and organisation.
- Set their status — invited, confirmed, declined, attended or waitlist.
- Record the number of guests they're bringing.
The RSVP list shows who's confirmed at a glance, so you know your headcount before the day.
