Communications overview
The Communications suite brings your whole comms function into Momentumpro: campaigns, an editorial content calendar, a brand-asset library, events, a contacts directory, a press coverage log and a pitching tracker — with a dashboard that ties it together.
You'll find everything under the Communications group in the left sidebar.
What's inside
- Campaigns — the umbrella for a push (a launch, an awareness week, an appeal). Holds objective, channels, budget and results.
- Content calendar — every post, press release, newsletter and video, on a month grid, moving through a review-and-publish workflow.
- Brand assets — logos, templates and brand guidelines your team can download.
- Events — workshops, launches and community events, with RSVP and attendance tracking.
- Contacts — journalists, partners, donors, board members and officials in one directory.
- Coverage log — press mentions with outlet, sentiment and reach.
- Pitching tracker — the pipeline of story pitches to journalists.
- Dashboard — headline numbers across all of the above.
Who can use it
Communications is available on the Professional plan and up. Access is controlled by role — the Marketing role (and owners) get full access. Ask your administrator to grant the role if you can't see the menu.
