Your first login

The first time you sign into Momentumpro, the platform walks you through a few quick setup steps so the rest of your team has somewhere to land.

What you'll see

After signing in for the first time, you land on the Dashboard with a banner inviting you to start the Onboarding Wizard. The wizard collects:

  1. Your organization profile — full name, address, logo.
  2. Your first department — usually "Operations" or "Management".
  3. Your first work location — the physical address where staff will clock in.
  4. Holiday calendar — pick from local presets or define your own.
  5. Time-zone & default language — Hebrew, English or Arabic.

You can skip and come back

Each step has a Skip button. Skipped steps are flagged as incomplete at the top of the dashboard until you finish them.

What's already done for you

Even before you finish the wizard, the platform pre-creates:

  • A default role set (Admin, HR, Finance, Manager, Employee).
  • Default leave types (Annual, Sick, Unpaid).
  • A default approval workflow for leave requests (1 step: line manager).
  • Tax brackets for your country (you can edit these under Admin → Settings).

These are starting points — you'll fine-tune them once you understand how your team uses the platform.
