Payslips

Each employee gets a payslip per period, showing gross, deductions, tax and net. The payslip is a PDF stored permanently in their record.

What's on a payslip

A typical payslip:

Employer: Acme LTD
Employee: Jane Doe
Period: March 2026
Pay date: 2026-04-01

EARNINGS
  Base salary 12,000
  Transport allowance 500
  Performance bonus 800
                          --------
  Gross 13,300

DEDUCTIONS
  Income tax (15%) 1,995
  Pension (employee 6%) 780
  National insurance 532
                          --------
  Total deductions 3,307

NET PAY 9,993

The PDF includes your branding (logo, address) and a unique reference number.

Where employees see their payslip

Employee Portal → My Payslips:

  • List of all payslips, newest first.
  • Click any to open the PDF.
  • Download for tax filing.

The portal works on mobile — most staff just use their phones.

Year-to-date totals

Each payslip shows YTD:

  • Gross earnings to date
  • Tax paid to date
  • Pension contributions to date

Useful for tax planning.

Form 161 / Form 106 (Israel)

For end-of-tax-year forms:

  1. Payroll → Annual Forms.
  2. Pick the tax year.
  3. Generate Forms 106 — one PDF per employee, available to them in the portal.

Re-issue

If a payslip needs correcting:

  1. Open the period (must still be open).
  2. Make the adjustment.
  3. Re-publish — the new version replaces the old one in the employee's portal.

If the period is locked:

  1. Create an adjustment in the next period's calculation.
  2. The note explains the prior-period correction.

Bulk download

Need every March payslip as a ZIP for the auditor?

  1. Payroll → Periods → [March] → Export payslips.
  2. ZIP downloads with one PDF per employee.
