Complete a review
Once a review cycle has been launched, everyone gets a review waiting for them to fill in. Here's how to complete yours.
Open and fill in your review
Go to Performance → Performance Reviews and:
- Open the review assigned to you.
- Click Fill review.
- Rate each competency using the scale provided.
- Add written comments to explain your ratings and give examples.
- Choose Save as draft to come back later, or Submit when you're done.
Tip: Save as draft as often as you like — nothing is shared until you submit.
Self-review vs manager review
Depending on how the cycle was set up, you may have one or both of these:
- Self-review — you reflect on your own work and rate yourself.
- Manager review — a manager completes a review of someone on their team.
Both are filled in the same way: open the review, click Fill review, rate, comment, and submit.
Why there's no "New" button
Reviews aren't created by hand here. They're generated when an HR admin launches a review cycle, so this page only shows the reviews that already belong to you.
