Enable property management
Enable property management
Property management is an opt-in module. By default it's hidden — the navigation group, the resources, and the role permissions all stay dormant until the feature is turned on for your account.
How to request it
Email support@momentumpro.pro with:
- Your tenant slug (the subdomain you log in to — for example
acme.momentumpro.pro). - A line about how you'd like to use the module — number of properties, number of leases, whether you'll be tracking legal cases, etc.
We usually turn it on within one business day. There's no charge while the module is in early access.
What happens when it's enabled
Once we flip the switch, your team will see a new Property group in the sidebar — usually on the next page reload, sometimes on next sign-in. The group contains:
- Properties — buildings, plots, apartments, commercial units
- Renters — the people or companies you lease to
- Leases — contracts with monthly amounts and payment schedules
- Legal cases — court files connected to a property
Behind the scenes the system also:
- Grants the new property permissions to your tenant's existing Owner and Admin roles, so the people who already run the platform get access automatically.
- Creates a new Property Manager role pre-configured for staff whose job is just the property book — no HR access, just everything property-related.
Turning it off
Email support and we'll disable it. Disabling hides the module — it doesn't delete any data. Properties, leases, payment history, documents, and legal cases all stay in your database, exactly as you left them. If you re-enable later, everything comes back as it was.
The only thing that doesn't get cleaned up automatically when you turn it off is the Property Manager role. A tenant admin can repurpose it for something else, or leave it alone — it costs nothing to keep around.
