Property module overview
The Property module turns Momentumpro into a back-office for any organisation that owns or manages real estate — schools with multiple campuses, NGOs running shelter housing, family offices managing investment apartments, councils with land plots, or commercial landlords with mixed-use buildings.
It's an optional add-on — disabled by default. An admin from admin.momentumpro.pro toggles it on for the tenants who need it; everyone else sees nothing. That keeps the sidebar clean for tenants who are just here for HR.
What you get
When the feature is enabled, four resources appear under a new "Property" navigation group:
- Properties — the buildings, plots, apartments, or commercial units you manage
- Renters — the people or companies who rent from you
- Leases — the contracts that link a renter to a property/unit, with a monthly amount and a payment schedule
- Legal cases — eviction proceedings, deposit disputes, anything where you're tracking a court file
Each property edit page also has tabs for:
- Units — sub-divisions inside a property (apartment 3A, suite 12, parking spot 4)
- Documents — title deeds, mortgage papers, floor plans, building permits, insurance, etc.
- Reminders — anything you want to be pinged about (lease ending, insurance renewing, tax due)
- A live map with street + satellite views and click-to-pin location
Who it's for
The module is built for back-office staff who already use Momentumpro for HR and now need to track property too — not for tenants/renters themselves. Renters don't log in. Communication with renters happens outside the platform; what's tracked here is your side of the relationship: the contract, the payments received, the documents on file.
