The Approval Center
The Approval Center is one inbox for everything waiting on you — leave requests, expense claims, purchase orders, contracts, time corrections, anything that flows through an approval workflow.

Approvals in the main sidebar, or click Awaiting my approval on the dashboard.
Reading the inbox
Each row shows:
- What — the type of request (Leave, Expense, PO, etc.).
- Who — the requester.
- When — submitted timestamp.
- Amount / detail — relevant numbers (e.g. days off, amount in shekels).
- SLA — coloured pill showing how long the request has been waiting.
Acting on a request
Click any row to open the request. Each request has the same controls:
- Approve — sign off and move to the next step (or final approval).
- Reject — decline with a required reason. The requester is notified.
- Comment — leave a question or note without approving/rejecting.
- Request changes — return to requester for amendments without rejecting outright.
Filters
- Type — leave only / expenses only / etc.
- Status — Pending, In progress, Awaiting me specifically.
- Department — single or multiple.
- Amount — filter by request value.
- Age — older than X days.
SLA escalation
Each workflow can have an SLA. If a request sits with you for too long (e.g. 48 hours), it auto-escalates:
- Reminder email to you at 50% of SLA.
- Reminder + comment on the request at 100%.
- Auto-route to your delegate or manager at 150%.
This stops urgent things stalling while someone is on holiday.
Bulk actions
Select multiple rows with the checkboxes and click:
- Approve selected — sign off all at once.
- Reject selected — with a shared reason.
Useful for clearing 30 leave requests at the start of the year.
