Turn a deal into an invoice
Once you've won a deal, you can turn it straight into a customer invoice in a couple of clicks — no need to retype anything.
Generate the invoice
- Go to CRM → Deals and open the won deal.
- Click Generate invoice.
- Review and edit the line items — adjust descriptions, quantities and prices as needed.
- Set the due date.
- Click Save.
That's it — Momentumpro creates a customer invoice ready to send.
Tip: Double-check the line items before saving so the invoice matches what you agreed in the deal.
Track the payment
After the invoice is created, follow it through to payment:
- Go to Payroll & finance → Invoices.
- Find the invoice for your customer.
- See its status — sent, paid or overdue — and record payments as they come in.
