Turn a deal into an invoice

Once you've won a deal, you can turn it straight into a customer invoice in a couple of clicks — no need to retype anything.

Generate the invoice

  1. Go to CRM → Deals and open the won deal.
  2. Click Generate invoice.
  3. Review and edit the line items — adjust descriptions, quantities and prices as needed.
  4. Set the due date.
  5. Click Save.

That's it — Momentumpro creates a customer invoice ready to send.

Tip: Double-check the line items before saving so the invoice matches what you agreed in the deal.

Track the payment

After the invoice is created, follow it through to payment:

  1. Go to Payroll & finance → Invoices.
  2. Find the invoice for your customer.
  3. See its status — sent, paid or overdue — and record payments as they come in.
