Add a property
Add a property
Once the module is enabled, you can create your first property record.
Steps
- From the sidebar, open Property → Properties.
- Click New property in the top-right.
- Fill in the five tabs of the form.
The form is split into tabs so you don't have to fill in everything at once:
Basics
- Code — auto-filled (
PROP-000001,PROP-000002, …) but editable. - Title — a short human label, e.g. "Beit Hanina branch" or "Hebron Rd 27".
- Type — apartment, house, building, land, commercial unit, garage, parking spot, other.
- Status — available, occupied, under maintenance, retired, sold.
- Ownership type — owned, leased-in, mortgaged, co-owned, partner-managed.
- Responsible employee — the person on your team who looks after this property.
- Work location — link to a Momentumpro work location if relevant.
- Description — free text.
Address & map
- Street, city, state, country, postal code.
- Latitude / longitude (filled automatically when you click on the map).
- Click anywhere on the embedded map to drop a pin. Switch between street and satellite view from the layer control. Click ⛶ to go fullscreen.
Physical
- Area in square metres, plot size, year built, number of floors, floor number.
- Bedrooms, bathrooms, parking spaces.
- Furnished yes/no.
- Amenities (free-form list — pool, garden, elevator, etc).
Financials
- Currency.
- Acquisition date and value.
- Current valuation + last valuation date.
- Annual property tax and annual insurance.
Legal & ownership
- Legal owner name.
- Title deed number.
- Parcel block / parcel number (Israeli "gush/chelka" — useful for matching against tabu records).
- Internal notes (only visible to your team).
Required fields
Only Title, Type, Status and Ownership type are required. Everything else can be filled in later as you collect the information. The code generates itself if you leave it blank.
After saving
You'll land on the property edit page, which now also shows tabs for Units, Leases, Documents, Legal cases and Reminders at the bottom. Each is its own page in the docs.
