Attendance reports
Attendance reports give managers and HR the picture of who showed up, who's running late patterns, and who's owed overtime.

The reports available
Daily attendance
Who clocked in, when, total hours. Filterable by date, department, location.
Period summary
Per-employee totals over a week, month or quarter — total hours, overtime, late incidents, no-shows.
Late patterns
Employees with the most late arrivals over the period. Useful for HR conversations.
Overtime by department
How much overtime each department is accruing — flag departments with persistent high overtime that may need more headcount.
Holiday hours
Hours worked on public holidays — usually paid at a higher rate.
Filters available on every report
- Date range — quick presets (this week, last month, last quarter) or custom.
- Department — single or multiple.
- Work location — single or multiple.
- Employment type — full-time, part-time, contractor.
Exporting
Every report has an Export button:
- CSV — opens in Excel/Google Sheets, includes all rows.
- PDF — formatted for printing or board packs.
- Email PDF — schedule a recurring email of this report (Mondays at 8am, etc).
Saving a view
Once you've configured the filters you use most:
- Click Save view in the top-right.
- Give it a name (e.g. "My team — this month").
- Optionally: Share with team to make it a saved view for everyone in the department.
Saved views appear as quick links above the report.
Scheduled email reports
To get a report by email automatically:
- Build the report and apply the filters you want.
- Click Schedule report.
- Pick a frequency (daily / weekly / monthly).
- Pick recipients.
- Save.
The PDF lands in their inbox at the configured time.
