Attendance reports

Attendance reports give managers and HR the picture of who showed up, who's running late patterns, and who's owed overtime.

Where to find them

Reports → Attendance in the sidebar.

The reports available

Daily attendance

Who clocked in, when, total hours. Filterable by date, department, location.

Period summary

Per-employee totals over a week, month or quarter — total hours, overtime, late incidents, no-shows.

Late patterns

Employees with the most late arrivals over the period. Useful for HR conversations.

Overtime by department

How much overtime each department is accruing — flag departments with persistent high overtime that may need more headcount.

Holiday hours

Hours worked on public holidays — usually paid at a higher rate.

Filters available on every report

  • Date range — quick presets (this week, last month, last quarter) or custom.
  • Department — single or multiple.
  • Work location — single or multiple.
  • Employment type — full-time, part-time, contractor.

Exporting

Every report has an Export button:

  • CSV — opens in Excel/Google Sheets, includes all rows.
  • PDF — formatted for printing or board packs.
  • Email PDF — schedule a recurring email of this report (Mondays at 8am, etc).

Saving a view

Once you've configured the filters you use most:

  1. Click Save view in the top-right.
  2. Give it a name (e.g. "My team — this month").
  3. Optionally: Share with team to make it a saved view for everyone in the department.

Saved views appear as quick links above the report.

Scheduled email reports

To get a report by email automatically:

  1. Build the report and apply the filters you want.
  2. Click Schedule report.
  3. Pick a frequency (daily / weekly / monthly).
  4. Pick recipients.
  5. Save.

The PDF lands in their inbox at the configured time.
