Deals & pipeline
Deals are your sales opportunities — each one tracks a potential sale as it moves through your pipeline, so you always know what's in play and what's close to landing.
Create a deal
- Go to CRM → Deals.
- Click New deal.
- Fill in the details:
- Title for the opportunity
- Value (the amount you expect to win)
- Customer / Company it belongs to
- Expected close date
- Owner (the person responsible)
- Click Save.
Tip: Set a realistic expected close date — it powers your pipeline forecast and reminders.
Move a deal through the pipeline
Deals live on the pipeline board, where each stage is a column:
- Open the pipeline board view.
- Drag a deal card from one stage to the next as it progresses, for example:
- Lead → Qualified → Proposal → Won / Lost
- The board updates instantly so the whole team sees the latest status.
Mark a deal Won or Lost
- Drag the deal into the Won or Lost column, or open the deal and use the status buttons.
- A Won deal is ready to turn into an invoice.
- A Lost deal stays on record so you can review why it didn't close.
