Goals & KPIs
Goals let you set clear targets for each employee and track how they're progressing over time. They're also handy to reference during reviews.
Add a goal
Go to Performance → Goals, click New, and fill in:
- Title — a short, clear name for the goal.
- Measure / target — how success is measured (for example "Close 20 tickets per month").
- Due date — when the goal should be achieved.
- Owner — the employee responsible for the goal.
Click Save.
Track progress
As work happens, keep the goal up to date:
- Open the goal.
- Update the progress to reflect where things stand.
- Save your changes.
Tip: Update progress regularly so the goal stays meaningful — small, frequent updates beat one big update at the deadline.
Use goals during reviews
When you fill in a performance review, look back at the employee's goals to ground your ratings and comments in real, measurable outcomes.
