Surveys

Surveys are a quick way to gather feedback from your team — engagement checks, event feedback, ideas, anything you want to ask.

Create a survey

Go to Learning → Surveys → New, then:

1. Give the survey a title.
2. Add your questions. You can mix question types:
   • Multiple choice — pick from set options.
   • Rating — score on a scale.
   • Text — open written answers.
3. Choose the recipients who should receive it.
4. Optionally turn on anonymous responses so answers aren't tied to names.
5. Click Send.

Tip: Anonymous surveys usually get more honest answers for sensitive topics like engagement.

View results

Once responses start coming in, open the survey to see the results, including a summary of the answers.
