Meet Mia
Mia is Momentumpro's built-in AI assistant. Ask it questions or give it instructions in plain language, by chat or by voice, and it helps you get things done without hunting through menus.
What Mia is
Think of Mia as a helpful colleague who knows your Momentumpro workspace. Instead of clicking through pages to find an answer, you just ask. Mia understands everyday language, so there's nothing new to learn.
You can talk to Mia in two ways:
- Chat — type your question or request.
- Voice — tap the mic and speak; Mia replies out loud.
Where to find Mia
Mia lives inside the app and is available from any page:
- Look for the Mia button (usually in the corner of the screen).
- Click it to open the Mia chat drawer.
- Start typing or tap the mic to talk.
Tip: The Mia drawer slides in over your current page, so you never lose your place. Close it any time and pick up where you left off.
What Mia is good for
At a glance, Mia can help you:
- Get quick answers — "How many people are on leave today?"
- Find information fast — look up an employee, a report, or a record.
- Summarise — turn a long report into a few clear lines.
- Help you take action — start a request or draft an announcement.
Tip: Not sure what to ask? Just type "What can you help me with?" and Mia will give you ideas.
